Q.

I have gained weight post delivery even after a normal delivery. My daughter is 5months old and she keeps me busy all the time that I dont get time for myself. What exercise/workout I can start at home as we cant step out due to this pandemic? What diet I can follow as my daughter is on motherfeed? Need help

A. well its ok.try to cut on ghee n oil.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
