I have gained weight 10 kg in 3 months Its suddenly what is the reason or any other thing

A. Hello lead a healthy lifestyle with all vital nutrients proper diet is important, avoid refined flour sugary products deep fried foods maintain daily physical activity , plenty of fluids avoid fasting and long gaps between meals

Hello ma’am If you are gaining weight like this and it would be better for you to get a thyroid test done for the same because the things that you do thyroid when you gain weight suddenly and just randomly. First get a thyroid test done if you are having thyroid then you know what’s the issue and if it is not that then still you need to consult a doctor because gaining weight like this is not healthy
