Q.

I have done my wife's 1st level ultrasound NT and my baby is 13 weeks 1 day, in which doc said everything is normal, but wants to know in ultrasound one thing was mentioned - The placenta is anterior low lying and reaching to the os. What does this mean? Everything is normal? Also my baby's heartbeat was 173, so is this fine?
