-High fibers foods include fruits, such as berries, apples, oranges, raisins, figs,and brussels sprouts are god.
Avoid eating Spicy food , Besan, banana, curd rice heavy to digest.
-Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage.
Have a glass full of butter milk daily.
