I have diagnosis with pcod after one year of giving birth... my period doesn’t come yet what to do I am very worried??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its ok. wait to wean. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some moms may not have their periods as long as breastfeeding their baby but since you have PCOD problem also it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
