I have delivered my second baby before 3 months. when to start active work outs to reduce belly fat? And what are the basic exercises I can start with? kindly respond.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and you want to reduce your belly fats so go for brisk walk from today and aerobic exercises and reduce your dietary intake of fats

A. you will have to go for light exercise gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle. simple yoga Surya Namaskar Pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. Take proper amount odf cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement Drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism
