AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy11 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can do hot fermentation using hot water bottle. Also you can eat ‘kamar kas’. You can do back stretching exercises but only under a professional yoga teacher. Also try to sit in an upright position and do not slouch. Please eat healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Please also take turmeric milk daily. Thanks and take care
