i have been experiencing breathlessness,fear from being alone in house i have a feeling i might not breathe faint ...i am experiencing a lot of hairfall...i cant travel alone...same feeling palpitations cold feet...its very confusing and frustrating

A. please do not worry regarding such things just have a counselling done by your doctor and just think positive and engage yourself in some activity or some creative work it will be helpful for you
