I have also problem of irregular periods also I also take this treatment with this .is warm food effects my periods cycle?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. irregular period that has to proper clinical examined and then accordingly treatment.. follow your gynaecologist. it is believed that taking jeera water in empty stomach helps in treating irregular Period.. you can try..
