my daughter has regular periods but this month her periods are irregular why please suggest me

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 months agoA. mam it can be due to any dietary changes or hormonal changes in the kid. please give healthy food items to the child and avoid any maida and outside food items. indulge the child in any form of sport or physical activity. avoid coffee or tea for the kid.
