DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he is sucking breast milk properly then why are you going to express your milk as upto 6/12 months you should feed him at your breast for good bonding

Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
