Q.

i have alopecia areta in my head . Once I consult with a dermatologist, the doctor suggests taking steroid injections will give best results. but I am worried about taking steroid injections because of its side effects . what should I do?

A. local steroid medication not a problem for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
