i have a3.5years old baby girl via c section could I planned a second baby...it's safe to had a chance to planned a second baby

Yeah after two years of any delivery whether it is normal or C-section you can plan for another child if you are ready mentally and physically to carry another child then you should go for it there is no problem just make sure to prepare your older child for the coming sibling whenever you plan to conceive
