I have a wound on my nipple due to baby bite I applied desi ghee regularly also feeded from the same breast but now it look like a deep cut and becomes painful during feeding..it has been more than a week now

A. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain. Rub a small amount of this Soframycin or nip care ointment on your nipples after every feeding. make sure to clean it before feeding.
