A. Under breast can’t be due yo growing uterus so it could be acidity but still talk to your gynaecologist about it if it us sharp and radiating to back or shoulder

A. Pregnancy mein ribs ke neeche discomfort can sometimes happen because of acidity or the growing uterus, but sharp pain shouldn't automatically be assumed to be normal. Try noticing whether it happens after meals or when lying down. Smaller meals and sitting upright after eating may help if it's acidity. But please speak to your doctor promptly, especially if the pain is severe or on the right side, or you're also getting a headache, blurry vision, sudden swelling or vomiting. Pregnancy mein it's always better to get unusual pain checked rather than guess the reason.

A. Without a physical assessment I cannot confirm whether it is associated with gas or something or acidity you have to check with your doctor because the pain usually comes in the chest area not necessarily under the breast area and not on one side it’s usually in the centre so check with your doctor
