Q.

I have a severe hair shedding after postpartum.its almost 2 and few gone and my half of my hairs too ...I only intake calcium d3 tablet and I stopped iron few days ago ...can you please help to reduce my fall

A. Hey! You should be taking your post natal supplements all time as advised by the doctor. Eat a balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Regularly massage with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Speak to your doctor for further assistance
