A. hii..hairfall is common after delivery and it would take time to reduce, you can try home remedies : include food rich in iron, zinc, calcium, vitamins, proteins. Include yoghurt in your diet daily. Eating healthy is very important after pregnancy, and that will keep your hair healthy too. Massage your hair gently with lukewarm oil before your hair washes to improve circulation and increase hair growth. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and in the morning make a paste by grinding in in a mixer. Apply this paste on hair, keep for 1 hour and then wash it. Drink amla juice or apply pure amla oil to strengthen hair.
