I have a C section. I am planning to not get pregnant for 3 years. What planning I want to start please suggest

A. doctors also recommends a gap of 3 yrs.. you can speak to your gynae...about precautionary measures.. as pills copper T ... it is important to hv protected intact to avoid unwanted pregancy
