it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery.
so please don't do it for now.
for back pain,
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid taking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs ,it will help to reduce the pain.
try heat pad to get relief in pain.
