Q.

I have a c section delivery now 1 1/2 month so can I start yoga like suryanamaskaras also suddenly I'm getting back pain why.

A. well if you had c section you got to wait six months before you start working out. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery. so please don't do it for now. for back pain, take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated avoid taking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs ,it will help to reduce the pain. try heat pad to get relief in pain.
