Small children’s are generally fussy eater and they need variety in food
U can try giving different shaped roti or paratha to the child
Instead of routine plain daal rice or khichdi you can give masala rice or pulao or khichdi
Veh aloo and paneer tikki or paratha is also like by children
Do not force feed them
Let the child self feed at least one or two meals , u can give fiber foods like home made fries or cheese cube or fritters or tikks , self feeding encourages eating
Make the child sit with family while eating this also proves to be helpfull
Most important do not force the child to eat
