I have a 8 month old baby. This is my 1st baby. After delivery doctor asked me to take iron and calcium table for 3 months, but I didn't took. currently, I have a knee pain and facing heavy back pain most of the time. what could I do now?

A. dear mum.. yiu can syart taking calcium and vit d3 supplements. also do aplly n massage the joints with mustard oil. taje healthy duet n do simole exersice
