Q.

I have a 4 year daughter, she is healthy in all aspects but she has a little bit of a tummy, which doesn't look nice on a child. She eats vegetables and fruits and drinks alot of water. Any suggestions on how I can help her reduce her tummy?

A. Children who are overweight or obese can benefit from healthy eating and regular physical activity (exercise). Childhood is an important opportunity to develop healthy patterns for life and prevent weight problems. Professional advice from a doctor or dietitian can help your child reach and maintain a healthy weight.
