Q.

I have a 4 month old baby. I have been diagnosed with heart issues. So the doctor advised me to stop breastfeeding. can I give solid food to the baby... weight is 7kg. what foods can give?

A. No the food can be started after the age of six months and I do understand your concern but you cannot give food to the child so you should start giving formula which would be a better option if you cannot breastfeed your child
