Q.

I have a 3 months old baby and I'm a breastfeeding mother.. I didn't get covid vaccine yet.. shall I get vaccinated now.. if yes what are all the measures I need to take after vaccination.. can I breastfeed my baby if I got fever after vaccination.. pls clear my doubts

A. according to Recent guidelines says lactating mothers can also take covid vaccine . Both the vaccines given by the government are completely safe for breastfeeding lactating and pregnant women. n can feed ur baby. if you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol .

A. Hello dear parent! As per the guidelines breastfeeding mothers are allowed to take covid vaccinations. If you have any concerns please consult your doctor for further advice on vaccinations while breastfeeding. You might be advised to take paracetamol if there is fever after getting vaccinated. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
