I have 8 months 23 days baby. I am having severe neck pain and back pain . please suggest me . I stopped iron Calcium supplement can I continue the supplements or what can be done

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you should continue calcium+vit d supplement till you breast feed ur baby. do got fomentation on neck n back areas.. may apply volini gel to get instant relief from pain.

Yes You should continue with them for at least one year and more if you need to but these planes are mostly due to incorrect posture so you just have to correct your pastor and maybe the pain is going to go over the period and do consult your doctor ones if needed
