Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no need of vitamin supplements the baby unless baby is having deficiency of iron and other vitamins baby has to get them from the food and fruits baby will be taking

no it is not compulsory
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and beans khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
you can give small quantity of soji halva sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
