i have 7month old baby girl. can I give apple. would you please share me how to give apple to baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, you can surely give apple to your 7 months old baby. you should give it soft and mashed or in puree form. consistency of the puree should be like that of ghee.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child steamed and pureed apple which is absolutely safe and not a problem.. you make sure to steam the apple peel off the skin and then puree the apple and then give for the baby which would be healthy and nutritious and safe for baby
