Okay so if you’ve had any period change or cycle change after your delivery so then accordingly you can evaluate your ovulation time and that’s the best time for you to conceive so whenever you ovulating that is the time and if everything goes well it’s going to be easier for you to conceive also you should start with folic acid as of now
