A. yes that's very normal Before you officially start trying, get a checkup. Ask your doctor about prenatal vitamins that have folic acid , which helps protect against some birth defect It's good advice to lay in bed for 10 to 15 minutes after intercourse Destress yourself Exercise daily

A. hello yes it is normal and not that everyone can conceive immediately when planned and fertilization process can take some place and if any problem then it is better to check with your gynecologist and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
