AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes u can eat sesame seeds. It is good for breastfeeding moms. Anything eaten in moderation is fine. Feed ur baby after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
