Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. change your diet , do not take food like kidney beans, chhole, potatoes, arbi etc as these will cause more gas, and avoid taking spices or oily food.
you should start walk and drink plenty of fluids, eat your diet on time .
