Nithya VishnuMom of 3 children2 years agoA. 1) over night soak a 10 to 20 dry grapes (black dry grapes with seed) in a water and give it to your son at every morning in empty stomach.(2to 3days wait results)
2) Pineapple , pappaya
3) Fiber rich foods

if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitxs
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pinexapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.
