my 2month baby is in exclusive breastfeeding she passing gas very bad smell why it is so but no smell in poop

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he is having only breast feeding and his gas is very bad smelling so it’s not a serious problem but you should take only veg food and less medicine
