my 3months baby poop and when he passes gas it is bad smell why

Ho If your child is having a proper motion yet the gas is very smelly or the motion is really very stinky then sometimes it could be a sign for stomach infection as well it would be advisable for you to one’s get a check with your doctor because that way you’ll be more sure about the reason behind it
