I have 11 month baby. loos motion has been going on for about a week what can i do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the babies 11 months of age if the baby is having loose motions for one week please get the stool test of the baby done to know whether a baby is having any lactose intolerance

kindly give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk to the child and you cannot give cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days
