I have 10mnt old baby girl, now only she recovered from viral cold and fever. Now she has red patches in intimate areas? So what to do

A. that can be viral rash. This needs to be seen and so hence would advise you to see a doctor in person who can advise about this so can be done accordingly about this issue and so helped about . .
