Q.

I had preeclampsia during pregnancy which caused whole body edema including face and high BP. I had a c-section delivery with spinal anaesthesia 6 years 5 months back. But now, even after these many years, I still have recurrent edema and high BP at times. Kindly advise on the matter.

A. see regular bp check. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. place pillow under or in between your legs while sleeping

A. hi mam , in such condition ,you need to limit your salt and sugar intake. along with that ,make some dietary changes I mean ,you should avoid taking junk food items. take more and more fruits and green veggies. Eat antioxidants rich food like blueberry, cherries ,bell pepper, squash, tomato etc more Maintain good hydration throughout the day. take Small break in between your work.
