Q.

I had my C section in the month of April.2021. But still my tummy has not regained its shape. The tummg is buldging out. Can you please suggest what daily regime should I practice to get in shape .

A. A body shape took time time to get back in your previous shape. You can start with light yoga first with instructions as it's not good to start hard exercises. It will take time so patiently handle your body
