Q.

i had my baby on 22 may 2021 and on last month around 15 Oct I got bleading for 3 days almost n I thought my cycle came but this month till now no bleading. i am on complete breastfeed since my baby born. what could b the reason n what to do

A. Hai good morning !! Post delivery periods will be irregular due to harmonal changes, low Haemoglobin, stress. Have more, water, fluids, Iron rich foods, protein foods have proper nap. Continue to breastfeed exclusively until 5 completed months of baby. As it's been 5 months of delivery consult your Gynaecologist for check up.
