I had given birth to a baby boy on june 6 but still I have little amount of milk..how can I increase my milk to feed my baby

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can try to take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you should as fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabbakki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and you can even include khus khus
