Q.

I had delivery on 2nd July. It was normal delivery and had episiotomy and left vaginal wall tear. 2 days ago, stitches came out and I thought it is almost healed. But still i can feel lot of pain near stitches. Some times, i have light stomach pain also. Due to constipation problem I stopped calcium and iron tablets. Regarding the stitches and pain, should i really worry about?
