#AskTheExpert I had normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy 45 days ago. Mild pressure and discomfort is felt in vaginal region sometimes after prolonged sitting. Is it alright? what measures should I take to reduce it?

A. Hello dear You can pour Luke warm water over the region twice a day and if the pain or discomfort is severe then better consult your doctor for further treatment
