Q.
I had delivery in January 21 after having post delivery bleeding till Feb my menstruation cycle has not been started yet. Pls tell me the reason and for how long I should wait to get it start naturally. Thanks!

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake
