You can have all these things that you are mentioning she is why am going to suggest to ask for Dr so they do not restrict you from eating all these things but the Laddu and all are quite warm in nature so you can have them maybe after a week of your delivery and carrot seeds water apart from that you can have regular warm water and diet that’s ready to eat and there is no such restriction on any kind of food to be consumed after C-section also
