Q.

I had c section on 23/12/20 my baby is one month old now till today I did not have rice and non veg, can I have rice, mutton, chicken?

A. Hello ma’am Well I don’t know virus is not a part of your mail where it is recommended to eat everything after C-section also because Dieticians never put a restriction do anything. But for non-veg and other stuff I would advise you to wait for initial 3 to 3 1/2 months and after that only you can start with non-veg for initial 60 days to 90 days you should give it a rest and eat light food
