Q.

I had C-section on 22nd September, I ate healthy foods only, even though got up with heavy weight, can I start walking and exercises?

A. hello since it is almost around 4-5 months post your delivery you can definitely start with walking which is not a problem and also start excercise and you may also be doing yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form that can help to reduce your weight

A. no doubt, you can walk but wait for exercise part..wait till 6 months then gradually increase ur exercises. now walk n yoga meditation is best..n drink plenty of luke warm ajwain water n maintain proper diet..n most importantly feed ur baby...by this u can get ur proper shape...n wear waist belt as much as possible
