NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello since it is almost around 4-5 months post your delivery you can definitely start with walking which is not a problem and also start excercise and you may also be doing yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form that can help to reduce your weight
anjaliMom of a 6 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. no doubt, you can walk but wait for exercise part..wait till 6 months then gradually increase ur exercises. now walk n yoga meditation is best..n drink plenty of luke warm ajwain water n maintain proper diet..n most importantly feed ur baby...by this u can get ur proper shape...n wear waist belt as much as possible
