Q.

I had c-section on 1 August 2022 Now my baby is 1 months 8 days old My concern is for how long I can sit or walk coz I have to feed my baby he sleeps very less I am the only one who have to take care of all the stuff. Is all that effect my stitches?

A. You can feed your baby as much needed in a proper position it won't affect your stitches but don't walk too much as it affect your overall health. You can do walk after three four months according to your comfort. Make sure as much rest and proper food and medicine for yourself. if you are healthy then the baby is healthy. give priority to your baby definitely and yourself too but don't worry.

A. you should give exclusive breastfeeding whenever the child is demanding in a proper sitting position after 4 to 5 months you can start with some gradual exercises to make yourself fit and fine
