i had c section..my back is aching badly some tym. my baby is 4 month old. what to do for this?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. do exercise after doctor advice.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

This Kind of pain is very common with women after their C-section so you can ask your doctor if you can start keeping a hot water bottle or a cold or heat belt behind your back to settle down the pain otherwise they can advise you with certain painkillers also which would be completely safe to be taken during breastfeeding
