i had c section in Nov.. from when i can start sitting down or start bending and resume normal household work.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother after three or four month of your c-section you can start building up your stamina that can be started with a little bit of a brisk walking or some of the yoga poses this will help you get easy with your daily routine and you can gradually move onto our normal living life style
