Q.

i had c section delivery 4 months before.bt i still have backbone pain whenever i sit or do any work..plz suggest me how can i get relief from this

A. yi can lose weight n do some back exercise too. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

U Consult your gynaecologist if she advises you then you start doing Keagle exercises and also you can start with some yoga exercises which you can do while you are lying down in the bed it is not going to affect your stitches or anything but you should start doing them it will really help a lot in getting rid of this back pain but do everything under an expert at the
